🚨 New Bar Alert
Have you been to Eight Settlers Distillery? They opened in Cottonwood Heights back in 2020, and they just debuted a new downtown location! On 400 South, between Main and State, you’ll find their sprawling lounge — three floors each with their own dedicated bar.
Their menu features cocktails like the ‘Doctrine & Spirits: 89,’ a play on an espresso martini with earl grey vanilla-brown sugar and Turkish tobacco bitters. The food menu has a Spanish influence with dishes like paella, albondigas (meatballs) in a spicy saffron tomato sauce, and arroz con leche.
Plus, Eva on Main Street is back open after renovations! It’s the perfect weekend for a night on the town!
🐾 Adoptable Pet of the Week
Pepper, 1 Year Old
“Add a little spice to your life by adopting this sweet young lady! Pepper is an energetic girl, who is looking for a friend who will give her lots of love, time and help her get her wiggles out. Pepper is reported to have done well living with children in the past and may like living with some kiddos if given a slow and careful introduction. Pepper will be so excited to meet you, so come down to the Humane society of Utah today!”
