“Phoebe is a beautiful, gentle, and curious dog. The first thing to know about Phoebe is she loves cookies - dog cookies, of course! She will come running at the mere mention of a cookie reward. Toys and walks are also at the top of her list. She has made plenty of dog friends while in foster, and has been friendly to new people. She's housetrained in her foster home. Her foster mom has only heard her bark once in months!”
