Borikén Sol just opened at Square Kitchen Eatery, a food hall located on State Street. Square Kitchen Eatery hosts a shifting lineup of restaurants, acting as a space for new restaurants to test concepts and get established.
The latest addition is Borikén Sol, a Puerto Rican restaurant run by a mother and son team. You’ll find flavorful, authentic dishes like mofongitos, a bite-sized version of mofongo—a garlicy, fried plantain shell stuffed with a savory pork filling. For now, they’re only open on Fridays and Saturdays, so be sure to swing by over the weekend!
