  • Unity Block Party: Friday - Saturday, August 29 - 30, free rally and film screening on Friday, block party and $55 concert on Saturday, Library Square

Looking Ahead: Get to the River Festival has a kickoff event this Friday. Throughout the month of September, there are tons of events—bird walks, trail cleanups, chalk nights, pedal the parkway, paddle the river and more.   • Post District’s Urban Roundup: Friday, August 29, 5:00PM - 8:00PM, free, tastings from local restaurants and bars, live country music and line dancing, mechanical bull, petting zoo, cornhole tournaments and more

  • SnowWiesn Oktoberfest: Weekends through October 12, 12:00PM - 6:00PM, Snowbasin, $10 (free with season’s pass)

  • AlleyPAWlooza: Rescheduled for Tuesday, September 2, 6:00PM - 8:00PM, Woodbine Food Hall, free, in celebration of International Dog Day, the patio will feature pools, photo ops with your pups and special doggie (and human) treats!

Big Dipper Sandwiches is all about creating modern, world-inspired French dip sandwiches. Each sandwich is curated alongside the perfect dip. We love the Seoul-ed Out: beef, kimchi, a fried egg, yakisoba noodles, bean sprouts and a ramen broth dip.
